Terms deposit and cancellation policies I. Advance Conditions The landlord has the right to require the client based on the ordered stay, a deposit of 100 % of the expected price of accommodation.The maturity of the backup is determined by the following terms and conditions as follows :- within 10 days of the request for an advance - in the case of larger groups according to the agreement - the maturity may be adjusted by agreement of the parties II . Cancellation PolicyThe landlord has not the right to cancel your reservation, except where it is a force majeure, natural disasters, or a technical problem in an accommodation establishment that effectively prevents guests and the arrival of clients unrecoverable .
